Providing visuals, but I had to find the visuals and create them. I thought the consultant could have provided that information.

13. Would you recommend this consultation service to other childcare providers? Why or why not?
Honestly, I didn't feel that supported. I felt that this created more extra work for myself. I had to find other visuals/resources for the family. I would have liked their to be more communication with the families.

14. How can this consultation service be improved?
Providing more resources at the time of the meeting and being prepared when meeting with the teacher and family. Things weren't prepared at the time of our meeting.
