Other comments:
Daycare never provided the details to what triggered the behavior only what he was doing wrong. It was daily. I don't believe the daycare implemented any of the items in the action plan. We have implemented many of those items at the home and see a change in the behavior. Some of those episodes are decreasing in length and frequency at home.
