I am giving myself grace versus beating myself up because I am the one my child wants. Just enjoying that calms me & also him. Rachel really helped me understand how my feelings affected everyone.

Yes. I really felt Trevor & my needs were listened to & guidance was educated & all made sense.

Just an email check in a few days before appointments. I know that I can be better but you asked lol
