Try this friulano blend from the Eastern Hills of Friuli, not far from the border with Slovenia. 20% grigio lifts the acidity to balance the mouth filling friulano, which makes up the balance. Good deep colour and plenty of length. A staff favourite in Civico 47! Loves all kinds of fish, especially oilier kinds such as swordfish, Spanish mackerel, and salmon.
