Absolutely, it was a gamechanger for us, and having the Melanie working with us and the family was so helpful and reinforced that what we were saying was true and others were aware of it also.

Melanie Gwizdala is an absolute gem. Not only did she consult with us as directors and guide us when we felt lost and out of options, but she was helpful to the staff as well. She always listened and suggested things to us and the staff, and never missed an opportunity to validate our feelings or findings. She helped coach me through not only the child's behavior, but when it became apparent that we could no longer keep the classroom safe with this child, she coached me through what touchpoints I could use during the disenrollment process and even reached out to support the family. This has been by far the best resource for a number of my families here and I will definitely be utilizing her services in the future!
