Staff is more on the same page across the board, allowing us to work with our kiddo in a more uniform way.

Absolutely. We love Heather and ARC. Every time she graduates a child out of her services, I'm bringing her another. She is a great resource to our team.

As for our needs, I don't know that we need any areas of improvement at this time.
