I believe because the consultant helping me I have a better undersatnding of how to deal with not only the students with challenging behaviors but also with supporting my teachers in a way the teachers feel better about the themselves and the work they do.

YES- it is so important for teachers to have support anda to feel seen and heard in this day and age.
