I engage external resources for children and families sooner than I was in the past. Consultant helped me see that it was not failure getting help earlier - rather it was a better method of building a foundation of support for children and families.

13. Would you recommend this consultation service to other childcare providers? Why or why not?
Yes, I would and have. My reason is not only has my consultant help me become better skilled as an ECE practitioner, I was encouraged and challenged to grow further and am pursuing infant mental health consultation too.

Improvement would be to keep this service going and consistent especially within the city of Detroit as my peers constantly tell me how needed it is.
